Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Assistant Manager – Banquets is responsible to assist the Banquet Manager in managing the planning logistics of major conferences, conventions, incentives, meetings, concerts, exhibitions, ladies weddings and other social events so as to exceed customer expectations stimulate optimum revenue and enhance the reputation of the hotel.


Work experience in Ladies and VIP Weddings, convention service or group coordination will be an advantage.

Good organisational skills are required.

Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
