B2B Creative Executive

Job Description

The B2B Creative Executive will play a crucial role in the Sales department by managing various creative tasks to support marketing efforts aimed at B2B partners. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a blend of creative skills, technical proficiency, and strong communication abilities to support the Sales department in achieving its marketing objectives effectively.

The primary responsibilities include:

Graphic Design

Develop visually appealing marketing collaterals, both in print and digital formats, ensuring they align with the Rixos brand guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback on partner marketing assets, such as printed advertising pages, partners brochures, digital assets and newsletter to ensure brand consistency.
Proactively manage marketing requirements for partners, ensuring timely delivery of all necessary materials.
Work with regional team members to address their marketing needs and communicate these requirements effectively to the brand team if necessary.
Brainstorm and implement creative and innovative marketing strategies to engage B2B partners effectively.
Video Editing / Motion graphics

The successful candidate will be proficient in creating video/motion graphics, with knowledge of basic storyboarding, color grading, sound design, transitions, and green screen compositing.

Creating video content according to provided specifications for partner platforms
Adapting existing video content for various digital platforms, ensure all materials are optimized for various digital platforms and channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement
Developing dynamic visual effects and animations
Content Creation

Capture high-quality images and videos to support marketing initiatives, including events, and promotional campaigns for both internal / external communications
Edit and enhance captured images and videos using editing software to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends in visual content creation to improve the quality of marketing materials.
Develop innovative ways to communicate the latest news and updates to partners through various mediums, including static images, videos, and animated content
Administrative Support:

Assist the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks related to creative / content creation activities.


1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating marketing collaterals.

2. Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across different platforms.

3. Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback and effectively communicate marketing requirements.

4. Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for creating and editing video content.

5. Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas to engage B2B partners effectively.

6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

7. Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, to communicate with international partners effectively.

8. Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all marketing materials.

9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.

10. Previous work experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality-specific marketing strategies and understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
