Job Description
Greet guests and take drink orders in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and serve beverages such as cocktails, wine, and beer to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal requirements.
Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Create signature drinks and specials to enhance the bar menu.
Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes, menu changes, and service standards.
Collaborating with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for guests.
Assisting with inventory management, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies as needed.
Participating in promotional events or special themed nights to attract guests and increase revenue.
Offering recommendations for food and drink pairings to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Providing support and assistance to other hotel staff members during busy periods or special events.
Building relationships with regular guests and creating a personalized experience to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving drinks.
Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with regulations.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification in bartending or alcohol serving is an advantage
