Cluster Marketing Manager

Job Description

·         Maximizing a hotel’s revenues by developing programmes to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities.

·         Participating in developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

·         Overseeing targeted publicity and coverage of the Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai positioning, promotional programs, corporate image building and other activities.

·         Assessing advertising needs and opportunities for the Hotels.

·         Maximizing Customer Awareness

·         Maintaining research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.

·         Carrying out competitor’s analysis to ensure the company’s strategy is competing effectively.

·         Monitoring and keep up with trends in Social Media applications, strategy, and designs.

·         Maintaining accurate records of up to date marketing expenditures, future commitments and remaining budget for the year.

·         Obtaining market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each service; directing promotional support.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess strong and accurate communication skills with a critical eye for detail. Able to handle fast paced international environment where multi-tasking is essential. Previous work experience in a legal environment a must. Must have working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office products.
