Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Description

  • Supervise and ensure smooth operations of the various Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Stock take of the various Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining accurate records and ensuring they meet business demands
  • Planning and organizing functions for the various Food & Beverage Outlets
  • Provide exceptional guest experience to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Training and mentoring the Food & Beverage Attendants of the various F&B outlets
  • Administrative duties for the various Food & Beverage outlets such as replying to guest emails, allocating sections for service, helping to curate the menus etc
  • Focus on Health and Safety compliance within the various Food & Beverage outlets and within the wider hotel
  • Working together with other departments in the Hotel (such as Kitchen and Front Office) to ensure proper functioning of the various F&B outlets

 

Qualifications

 

THE PERSON

  • Worked within various Food & Beverage outlets such as All day Dining Restaurants for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Studied certificate/diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management & Experience within Luxury and Lifestyle Hotels.
  • Knowledge of Micros or similar POS system
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to mentor and build a great team culture
  • Excellent attention to detail and general organization skills
  • You understand the nature of the business and can work on a rotating roster basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
