Job Overview

The Marketing Manager at Raffles Dubai is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel, enhance the brand’s visibility, and attract guests. This role involves overseeing online and offline marketing campaigns, managing social media, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining the hotel’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

– Helping Assistant Director of Marketing to Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

– Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.

– Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

– Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

– Coordinate with external agencies and partners for marketing projects.

– Maintain the hotel’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

– Organize and promote hotel events and activities.

– Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

– Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
