Job Description
The Spa Attendant is responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the cleanliness of all Spa facilities.

Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
Secure supplies and equipment and keep an accurate inventory list.
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the garden room, locker/facility areas, fitness area, aquatic area & slipper room throughout the day.
Maintain closets and prep areas clean and organized.
Assist with cleaning employees break room and back of the house spaces.
Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area throughout the day.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
Report maintenance issues to Spa Management Team in a timely and effective manner.
Fully comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facilities.
Qualifications
Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
