Job Description

  • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces.
  • Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction.
  • Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment.
  •  Must be able to compute chemical usage.
  •  Standing up and moving about in the kitchen or other designated   areas, handling objects, products, chemicals, cleaning supplies and utensils.
  •  A working knowledge of equipment and associated chemicals.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  • Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment.




  • High school education certificate.
  • Organized and a great team player.
  • Previous experience as kitchen steward, preferably with hotels or restaurants.
