The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 280 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the setup of the outlets in the preopening phase. To supervise the service activities in the restaurant and banquet operations, aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction and relieve the Manager during their absence.
To be involved in planning promotions for the outlets, food & beverage purchases and pricing whilst reporting into the line Manager. Responsible to prepare schedules of the colleagues according to business forecast and staffing guide. Assist the Manager with recruiting and training staff to support with the opening of the hotel and successful operations thereon.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!
An experience of at least 5 to 7 years with in a 4/5 star hotel in similar capacity, Hotel preopening experience is a must. Highly organized, good computer skills on F&B systems used in the hotel. Excellent English communication skills, Arabic knowledge would be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guests needs, to creating lasting memories.
