Job Description

  • To organize the departments’ events as per the monthly / annual forecast / plan whilst observing low and high demand periods.
  • To have a hand on approach to organize the daily Banquet’s events as per the operational forecast.
  • To ensure the timely set up of all Banquets’ venues according to the service settings and as outlined in the function sheets.
  • To conduct daily routine checks to ensure that all mise en place is done according to the stipulated service requirements.
  • Frequently to do tours to all Banquets’ facilities, back and front of the house enforcing the high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Managing and motivating the team to develop the sales and the quality of the services.
  • Helping increase the restaurant’s and bar’s revenue through his/her sales actions.

Qualifications

  • Arabic speaker is a compulsory.
  • Having strong relevant working experience in hotel industry in UAE with the similar position for more than 2 years.
  • Having hospitality education background will be an advantage.
