Our hotels offer 434 stylish rooms, two restaurants, bars, a coffee lounge, a gym, a swimming pool, free outdoor and indoor parking facilities, five fully equipped meeting rooms and a ballroom with the capacity up to 1,000 guests.

Job Description

  • Preparing and cooking food as per the standards of the preparation, taste and presentation based on the menu.
  • Ensuring availability of mise en place as required.
  • Check that all cooked and pre-cooked foods are properly stored.
  • Liaising with Restaurant employees regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.
  • Keeping all working areas clean and tidy. Ensuring all equipment is maintained and cleaned as per the HACCP Implementation.
  • Being familiar with other areas in the Kitchen so when called upon, assistance can be provided.

Qualifications

  • Having relevant experience in hospitality industry to make Western a la carte menu.
  • Having hotel education background will be an advantage.
