What you will be doing:

  • Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
  • Provide a warm welcome to the guests, register and process check in for all arrivals and update the guest information in the system.
  • Be accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon the departure of the guests.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior Front Desk or related Hotel Experience
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English and Russian language is a must
