Kitchen Coordinator
Rixos Hotel Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Coordinator in our 5-star luxury hotel. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by managing administrative tasks and coordinating various kitchen activities.

What you will be doing:
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and expenses.
- Manage kitchen schedules, including staff shifts and vacations.
- Handle kitchen-related paperwork and documentation.
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking.
   Vendor Relations:
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
   Kitchen Coordination:
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate food preparation and delivery schedules.
- Assist in managing kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Your experience and skills include:
- At least 1year experience on the same role
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Able to work during public holiday
