About the role

 

The Manager, Learning & Development, is responsible for managing the learning and development programs for all colleagues to meet both the individual and organisational needs at Atlantis, Dubai, as well as plan, design and facilitate the delivery of programs as designated, and design, manage and facilitate the delivery of Kerzner & Atlantis Brand programs, which include, compliance trainings, orientation, leadership programs, service philosophy, and any additional required programs.

This role will also involve building relationships with assigned department heads or key managers to sustain collaboration on all L&D matters, and assisting in sourcing, developing, and managing e-learning programs as determined by training needs analysis. As well as assisting in conducting training needs analysis and to plan and deliver the required programs accordingly.

Other duties include but are not limited to conducting the analysis of guest feedback data, business trends, and mystery shopper reports for e.g., Forbes Quality Assessment to identify gaps in guest experience and colleague development and action accordingly, as well as assisting in managing the programs for all Interns, Management Trainees and Work Experience Programs.

About you

 

The successful Manager, L&D candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Manager, L&D, as well as a university qualification in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or Business Management.

 

Also, experience in designing and delivering e-learning will be highly advantageous, as well as strong facilitation skills with experience of facilitating leadership development workshops, and a coaching qualification and experience in coaching leaders.
