About the role
The Residences Liaison plays a vital role to the success of Atlantis The Royal Residences and to the execution of the day to day Residential Operations. The Liaison is the focal point of contact for the owners for any request and need that they may have. The Liaison is the key player of executing amazing experiences and everlasting memories. You will assist with all queries, plans or arrangements of the residence owners and provde them with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. The Liaison must anticipate service needs, including asking questions to better understand needs, spotting personal preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
About you
The right candidate must have at least 2 years hotel experience in a luxury environment, ideally in a residence support function. You will have excellent communication skills, demonsrate focus on exceeding guest expectations and be comfortable dealing with challenges in a creative way on a daily basis. Previous experience in guest relations, concierge or butler services is preferred. Fluency in Russian language will be a big plus.
