About The Role
As the Manager Spa for SIRO, you will primarily be focused the training of all service protocols to all service providers, ensuring an international 5-star guest and colleague experience. You will build and nurture relationships with your team to ensure they provide an engaging, intuitive and refined service to our residents and guests. Part of the Manager Spa, SIRO your responsibility is to maximize revenue generation and bottom line performance via efficient utilization of resources whilst maintaining the highest levels of service delivery and hygiene.
About You
Ideally, we’d love you to have a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation or other relevant discipline and 5 years’ experience as a therapist in a luxury spa environment with a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a senior operator or treatment manager/trainer.
Cibtac, Cidesco or international qualification is highly regarded as is specialist practitioner skillsets in other modalities. You must be prepared to also perform treatments and services from time to time and handle high-profile guests.
