balancing the smallest of guest requests to extremely critical emergency
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of Rooms Division work experience as a Team Leader in larger operations. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
